Hey, I’m Cahyo.

I’m a software engineer based in Tangerang, Indonesia. I’ve been building things for 8+ years now — mostly mobile apps with Flutter, and the backends that keep them alive with Node.js and PostgreSQL.

I enjoy taking a product from a rough “what if we…” idea all the way to something real people actually use.

These days I’m at Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals (part of Dexa Group), working on their inventory team. My main gig right now is building a satellite app that offloads logic that used to live directly in Oracle, so Oracle gets to go back to just being a database, not an app pretending to be one.

Before that, I spent a few years at Sprout Digital Labs, where I shipped a bunch of stuff:

Toco — an e-commerce app with carts, payments, and a real-time chat, so customers can reach support before their patience runs out.
Labamu — POS, invoicing, and accounting tools used by 500+ small businesses.
Troline — grocery delivery with live driver tracking, plus the never-ending battle of keeping GPS from draining the battery.
Smarco — online shopping for a superstore, and a warehouse app that made stock-taking way less painful.

Further back, I worked on IT business intelligence at Alfamart, and back in college I freelanced as a mobile dev — that’s where I built my first POS app and learned that client deadlines are very, very real. I also spent some time as an assistant lecturer, teaching programming and discrete math to fellow students, which is probably why I still can’t resist explaining things step by step.

I got my degree in Information Technology from Satya Wacana Christian University in Salatiga, class of 2022.

Tech-wise, I’m comfortable in Dart, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, C, and SQL. Human-wise, I speak Bahasa Indonesia natively and English professionally (and a third language called “broken code at 2 AM”).
